Floyd Mayweather Jr. beating up sparring partners

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has already been busy in getting back to shape for his upcoming fight against Victor Ortiz. Floyd has started his training camp on July 18 and according to his trainer Roger Mayweather, Floyd has begun sparring.

"Yeah, he’s sparring. He’s sparring that one kid, what’s his name? Kassim Ouma,” says Roger Mayweather.

Ouma is a former title holder at 154 pounds and has fought Kofi Jantuah, Verno Phillips, and Sechew Powell with a victory. He also fought the likes of Vanes Martirosyan, Cornelius Bundrage and Jermain Taylor. Ouma fought WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin in Panama this past June where he lost via TKO in 10th round.

Roger Mayweather also confirmed that Floyd has been working with four other sparring partners. When ask if Floyd has been putting a beating on his sparring partners, Roger replied "Oh yeah, he is."

Mayweather vs Ortiz fight will take place on September 17, 2011at the MGM Grand Arena and Mayweather vs Ortiz live stream will be available in HBO pay-perview.
